Furniture Village’s soft-furnishings are available in a huge variety of configurations, fabrics and colours – it’s impossible to display every possibility in store. We were asked to come up with a way of communicating that each display model was only representative of its range, and by no means the only option available. So, resisting the temptation to lounge around, we decided that a freestanding display would maximise the impact of this message.

When we launched a national promotion talking about the ‘World of Choice’ at Furniture Village, Kolorcraft came up with the great idea of the floor-standing display units. With the help of these, we were able to sell the multiple options available from the single range example that was on show in our stores. It was well-received… the layout was a great extra selling tool in store. The promotion was very successful for us, and we rolled it out throughout a wider selection of products.”
