Bonuses & rewards
If we all do a great job for our customers, you could be rewarded with an annual bonus. Plus, if you make it through the year without needing a sick day, you’ll get an extra day’s paid holiday as a thanks for powering through. On top of all that, we’ll pay you £150 whenever we employ someone you’ve recommended, so tell your friends!
Private health insurance
When you start working for us, you can choose to join a well-known private medical insurance scheme at a heavily discounted rate – and you can extend it to cover your family, too. As we know how important you and your family’s health is, we will pay half the cost of the scheme after you’ve worked with us for a year.
We like to do things right, so we offer the printing industry’s own accredited pension scheme. You’ll automatically become part of it within 3 months of joining us.
